East Africa Depends On

Practice-Led, Professionally Aligned
Every ATLA programme is built around real operational challenges. Our facilitators are industry practitioners, our case studies are drawn from East African logistics, and our assessments measure genuine professional competence.
We don't teach theory in isolation. We develop professionals who can manage warehouses, lead teams, enforce safety standards, and optimise supply chains from Day One.

From Adree Ventures to a Continental Academy
Adree Transport & Logistics Academy was born out of a parent company — Adree Ventures Uganda Limited — incorporated in 2019 with a focus on transport, logistics, and plastics supply chain solutions. The company's initial mission centred on plastics waste management, transport solutions, and logistics capacity building across Uganda.
As Adree Ventures operated in the field, a critical gap became impossible to ignore: the acute shortage of trained, competent professionals in transport, logistics, and supply chain management. The demand for structured, internationally aligned skills development was not just present — it was urgent.
This knowledge gap and the urge for skills enhancement led Adree Ventures Uganda Limited to give birth to Adree Transport & Logistics Academy (ATLA) — purpose-built to become the benchmark for transport, logistics, and supply chain professional training in Uganda, East Africa, and the continent at large.
